What I believe
I believe that it's best to seek the truth that speaks to your heart.
The path of the heart is a personal journey. By following your heart, you will find that you are constantly growing, evolving and shedding old layers. And so, if something I write about or say doesn't feel true to your heart, leave it behind. Keep what resonates with you, and discard the rest.
My commitment to you is to write and speak from the heart. Expect inspiration and thought-provoking ideas, but please do not expect perfection. I am both a student and a teacher for life—meaning I am imperfect and make mistakes—I am constantly learning, growing, and evolving just like you are.

The path of the heart isn't a straight path; there will be ups & downs, twists & turns, and time spent in the unknown. It isn't always the most comfortable path, either. At times the only way to move forward is to lean into your discomfort and push through your fears.
The path of the heart is a path that takes courage, determination, self-love and faith. But it's a path that will take you to places you never knew you could reach. After all, I believe that your dreams are your dreams for a reason. To get to know the real authentic you, I feel it's crucial to follow your heart and forge your own path through life.

The world becomes even more magical when we shift our perspective and look for the lesson in every experience. Every experience, whether positive or negative, is a learning opportunity and a chance for us to grow.
The path of the heart provides you with many opportunities for growth along the way so that you can step into your full potential this lifetime. It's up to you to embrace these learning opportunities.

On the path of the heart, we are never alone. Universal assistance is always available to us if only we ask.
You don't need to figure out anything on your own, sweet friend. When you ask for assistance, you are divinely guided. And when we allow the universe to come up with the best solutions and we take action on the guidance we receive, the possibilities can be even better than we've ever imagined.
You are not alone!
Conscious Living isn't just about how our thoughts, words and actions affect our own lives; it's also about how they affect the world around us.
I'm here to remind you that as an individual, you can take action and create change on the planet because all change begins on the individual level and then ripples outwards. And by taking action, we pave the way for others to do the same.
Your heart is your compass to embodying the changes that you wish to see in the world. I can't wait to see what's possible!
